I wanted something for free, why wanted your money

Too expensive, unfriendly staff, can't even write the names properly on the cups

As usual ,weekend ,different city with my spouse and typical weekend coffee and carrot cakes

Really tasty

Today I was there with a friend and wanted to have a hot chocolate. The drink was made shortly, staff was friendly. The chocolate was pleasantly warm in the mug. Task The mask requirement in the city, we walked a bit (about 3 minutes.) After we tried our drink, we noticed that it tasted sour !! The hot chocolate (large) was really inedible.

Everything is great, the employees are super nice, thank you!

"Legendary" chain of coffee houses, I have been visiting coffee houses of this chain several times and for many years. The service is very pleasant here - polite baristas will always advise and help you with choosing a drink. The coffee shop itself is small, but very cozy - there are large windows, you can sit in a quiet, cozy, not crowded place where you can have a tasty snack and talk calmly in a quiet, not forced atmosphere. In general, a very worthy place, I recommend it to everyone who wants comfort and good mood. Quite expensive but worth it! If you need to work comfortably or just relax, then you are here :)

The interior looks very old. Unfortunately for me not at all inviting. It's fine for coffee to go, but you can't sit comfortably here.

In itself everything tastes good, but the drinking straws for cold drinks with ice are very soakable, so you can unfortunately no longer enjoy the drink to the end. Unfortunately, prices are also relatively high.

A lot has changed in the staff lately, many new faces. The old staff was very friendly and always ready for a chat when the rush allows. Already experienced some situations that you as a customer do not want to experience. E.g. Discrepancies in the team, moody employees and conversations between store managers and employees in which colleagues were criticized. (From the store manager's side) I've already seen a few store managers there and the current one runs the store very differently. Previously been there a lot and regularly, now only sporadically and preferably only when certain people are not there.

How Starbucks is like ...

The paper straws are so useless. They kick in and swim in the drink and you really can't drink anything from it. Please use other paper straws.

It's a shame that you can't give zero stars here. My heavily pregnant wife asked the staff today after ordering a coffee whether she could use the toilet. Short and short answer: NO. Sorry guys, but you're the last one. How can you prevent an obviously pregnant woman from using the toilet? In my eyes this is not possible.

I like the coffee but it is a very small room and always crowded you can't go with a larger group but with 1 or 2 friends you can sit and talk if it's not that loud the conditions are often very stressed but anyway kind

It's a shame that the employees have no idea what the difference between coffee beans and espresso beans is. It's a shame that nobody knows how the beans should be ground for the different types of preparation. Since Starbucks always advertises that its employees are barista, in my opinion you can already expect that!

Very small, very tight. Hardly enough space to sit down or have a nice cup of coffee. In addition, the cleanliness must be significantly improved.

Starbucks never disappoints me. It was great as always. It would've been nice to not have to walk to the next floor 10 Mins to go to the bathroom. I witnessed how a little girl freaked out cuz she got through the door of starbucks in the mall and she didnt expect it so she was very confused and got scared.

Always friendly service, and in English if you need it. I note that it is one of the only efficient buy-and-go coffee shops in town that still offer almond milk as a dairy substitute. Most other places are wonderful for their coffee, but mostly offer only milk and or oat milk. Nice location if you don’t mind walking into town or paying exorbitant parking fees downtown.

Nifty place as all Starbucks are. Very crowded but service was friendly and fast. I speak German so don't know if they speak English or not, but probably so. You will spend about one dollar more for most drinks, possibly because of the Euro/USD exchange rate. Internet is super fast.Location is dynamite, but especially great becaue is is right beside the Christmas Market center Wiesbaden. One other thing. Starbucks U.S. cards do not work in Europe or Asia, so be prepared to pay for your order in another way. Also, no points are earned for purchases outside the U.S. I was going to loose 320 points from being out of the country. Starbucks told me to contact them when I returned and they would put them back into my account. Which they did. Yeah.

Air condition full steam, which felt rather unpleasant. Only one socket near entrance so bring your laps and gadgets fully charged. English spoken ok, service ok.

Staff speaks English, which was good for me, as in I needed directions. Not too packed, ordered a coffee and sat down to look at my Google maps to figure out where to go next. Kinda messy, but not too bad.

Small, understaffed, no bathroom, and because of all this not to clean. Saw a drink being spilled by a customer. No staff bothered cleaning it up. Or maybe they are too busy, which brings us back to being understaffed...
